Kalemna’s voice and chat agents rely on specialist AI services that we engage as sub-processors. To deliver a conversation we send its content to them. This can include:

• Microphone audio captured while a call is running
• The transcript of what was said by you and by the agent
• The agent’s instructions and any knowledge documents it needs to answer

These sub-processors fall into four categories: large language model providers, which generate the agent’s replies; speech-to-text providers, which transcribe speech; text-to-speech providers, which give the agent a voice; and real-time communications and telephony providers, which carry the audio.

Each is bound by contract to process this data only to provide the service to us, to protect it to a standard equal to our own, and not to use it to train their own models or for advertising. We do not sell this data. A current list of our sub-processors, naming each company, is available to customers and prospective customers on request at abdelrahman.e@kalemna.com. Within our apps we tell you what will be sent and ask your permission before any of your data reaches them.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:
